Lets start with the main reason you’re here – the money!

As we discussed in the interview, you’ve agreed to take this position as full commission salary and honestly, you made a great choice.

Not only do the paycheck sizes have unlimited potential, we also offer the opportunity to grow residual incomes while you’re with us, how awesome is that?!

We give you two options

• Full, top-level commission on every sale
• Slightly less commission upfront, but with recurring revenue every month that you and the client stay with us

**Please note, you will not be able to switch back and forth between pay structures. Every salesperson is entitled to switch once per year.

IE: if you choose full commission, and after 3 months think that you’d like to see the passive upside of option 2, then you can make that switch. You won’t however, be able to switch back until a year later.
